Family Attire (The Challenges of Growing Up with Sisters)

I’m sure people thought “How cute” when he and his sisters walked down the street in matching attire but it did take his machismo down a notch, in his eyes.  Maybe that’s why he does not care for clothing that is bright and prefers to blend in to his surroundings.  (I think he looked quite cute in his little plaid shirt.)

The challenges of being the only boy in a group of sisters are still being felt 50 some years later which means I deal with this, as well.  In the same breath, these experiences are also what make him a wonderful husband, father and friend…  Thank you.

  1. Reminds me of the prairie skirt picture. Rust matches really nice with his plaid shirt. Ryan is so embarrassed he’s trying to hide behind Julia. In fact — both boys are not happy! Are they scarred for life too??
